Because of its number of categories, 16, you may automatically related it to the Myers-Briggs Inventory. However, the sliders in the image below will hint at a stronger relation to the 5 Factor Model. Unlike Myers-Briggs, it is argued to have been built up on the basis of the same scientific rigour as the 5 Factor Model.
